Dissenters' Right of Appraisal There are no corporate matters or action that will entitle a shareholder to exercise a right of appraisal as provided under Section 81, Title X, of the Corporation Code of the Philippines (“Corporation Code”).
Each Dissenters Share shall be entitled to receive only the payment resulting from the procedure in Section 238 of the Cayman Companies Law.
