Dissenting Lender definition

Dissenting Lender has the meaning set out in Section 2.22.

  • The Borrower shall be entitled, with the unanimous consent of the Lenders who have agreed to extend, to permanently cancel the Commitment of any Dissenting Lender and repay such Dissenting Lender, at which time the Committed Amount shall be permanently reduced by the amount of such Commitment.

  • A Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender or a Dissenting Lender) shall not be required to make any such assignment and delegation if, prior thereto, as a result of a waiver by such Lender or otherwise, the circumstances entitling the Borrower to require such assignment and delegation cease to apply.
