Dissolution Date definition

Dissolution Date means, as the case may be:
Dissolution Date shall have the meaning given to such term in clause (a) of Article IX, Section 4 hereof; and
Dissolution Date means, in relation to a particular Series, either:

Examples of Dissolution Date in a sentence

  • No further amounts will be payable on any Trust Certificate from and including the Dissolution Date unless, upon due presentation, payment of the Dissolution Amount or any part thereof is improperly withheld or refused.

  • Unless the Certificates are previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, in full, the Trustee will redeem each Certificate on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at the Final Dissolution Amount together with any Periodic Distribution Amounts payable.
