Dissolution Date definition

Dissolution Date means, as the case may be:
Dissolution Date shall have the meaning given to such term in clause (a) of Article IX, Section 4 hereof; and

  • For purposes of section 9.1.2, the term “Dissolution Date” means the date that is five years from the first offering of securities, except that (i) the Manager may extend the Dissolution Date by twelve (12) months by giving notice to all of the Members no later than 90 days prior to such date; and (ii) having given such notice, the Manager may further extend the Dissolution Date by an additional twelve (12) months by giving notice to all of the Members no later than 90 days prior to such date.
