Distributed Securities definition

Distributed Securities has the meaning specified in Section 13.05.

Examples of Distributed Securities in a sentence

• The Investor will be entitled to participate in the issuance of the Distributed Securities in accordance with Section 6.1(1).

• If the Tag Along Purchaser fails or refuses to make a Tag Along Offer to Experian, as a provided above, First American and FAREISI shall not transfer any Distributed Securities to such Tag Along Purchaser.
