Distribution Charge. Means a charge on goods for: 1. Sorting the goods within the Main Mark or other than to the Main Mark, or
Distribution Charge means the basic service charges for the delivery of natural gas to a retail customer from the point of receipt into the Company’s system and shall appear as a line item on a customer’s bill.

Distribution Charge or “Distribution Charges”– Part of the basic service charges on every customer’s bill for delivering electricity from the electric distribution company to your home or business. The distribution charge is regulated by the PAPUC. This charge will vary according to how much electricity you use.
Distribution Charge. [The Distribution Charge is equal, on an annual basis, to .10% of the average daily net asset value of each Sub-Account of the Separate Account.]
Distribution Charge. Each Valuation Period, the Company deducts a Distribution Charge from each Sub-Account of the Separate Account which is equal, on an annual basis, to the amount shown on the Contract Schedule. However, on a noncumulative basis, You may make partial surrenders during any Contract Year, up to the Annual Withdrawal Amount shown on Page 3 and the Contingent Deferred Sales Charge will not be assessed against such amounts. Surrender of Contract Values in excess of the Annual Withdrawal Amount and additional surrenders made in any Contract Year will be subject to the Contingent Deferred Sales Charge, and the prorated Distribution Charge as described on Page 3, if applicable. Distribution Charge means that portion of the amount to be paid monthly by the Shipper for service, which is based upon the quantity of gas delivered to the related End-User at Shipper’s Delivery Points.
