Distribution Date definition

Distribution Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

Distribution Date. The 25th day of each calendar month after the month of initial issuance of the Certificates, or, if such 25th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.

• The repurchase price will be equal to (a) if such day is a Distribution Date, the Reassignment Amount for such Distribution Date or (b) if such day is not a Distribution Date, the Reassignment Amount for the Distribution Date following such day.
