Distribution Disclosure Documents means the Form 10 and all exhibits thereto (including the Information Statement), any current reports on Form 8-K and the registration statement on Form S-8 related to securities to be offered under Apergy’s employee benefit plans, in each case as filed or furnished by Apergy with the Commission in connection with the Distribution and including any amendments or supplements thereto.
