Distribution Disclosure Documents means any registration statement (including any registration statement on Form 10 and all exhibits thereto (including the Product SpinCo Information Statement) or on Form S-8 related to securities to be offered under any employee benefit plan) and any current reports on Form 8-K filed or furnished with the Commission by Product SpinCo in connection with the Distribution or by IP RemainCo solely to the extent such documents relate to the Distribution, but excluding the Financing Disclosure Documents.
