Distribution Effective Time definition

Distribution Effective Time has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Distribution Effective Time means the effective time of the Distribution.

More Definitions of Distribution Effective Time

Distribution Effective Time means the time established by Parent as the effective time for the Distribution, New York time, on the Distribution Date.
