Distribution Payment definition

Distribution Payment is defined in Section 9.1 hereof.
Distribution Payment means the payment to an Eligible Claimant in accordance with the terms of this Plan.

  • The Additional Distribution Amount accrued up to any Distribution Payment Date shall be added, for the purpose of calculating the Additional Distribution Amount accruing thereafter, to the amount of Arrears of Distribution remaining unpaid on such Distribution Payment Date so that it will itself become Arrears of Distribution.

  • The Distribution Amounts and the Distribution Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Distribution Period by reason of any Distribution Payment Date not being a business day.

More Definitions of Distribution Payment

Distribution Payment means the payment to an Eligible Claimant in accordance with the Distribution Plan.
