Distribution Payment definition

Distribution Payment is defined in Section 9.1 hereof.
Distribution Payment has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.6.
Distribution Payment means the payment to an Eligible Claimant in accordance with the terms of this Distribution Plan.

  • No Extension Period may end on a date other than a Distribution Payment Date.

More Definitions of Distribution Payment

Distribution Payment means a payment from the Fair Fund to a Payee in accordance with the terms of this Plan.
