Distribution Policy definition

Distribution Policy shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a)(ii).
Distribution Policy means the distribution policy adopted and published by the relevant licensing body;

More Definitions of Distribution Policy

Distribution Policy means any policy of the Company with respect to distributions to Members, as reflected in Section 3.1.
