Distribution Products definition

Distribution Products means, in respect of each Distribution Territory, those Unilever Home and Personal Care consumer products listed in Part B of this Schedule 4 in respect of such Distribution Territory, together with any other Unilever Home and Personal Care consumer products as may mutually be agreed upon, from time to time, by the Unilever Affiliate and the JD Affiliate in respect of such Distribution Territory.
