Distribution Ratio definition

Distribution Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

More Definitions of Distribution Ratio

Distribution Ratio means the number of shares (and/or fraction of a share, expressed as a decimal) of SpinCo Common Stock to be distributed in respect of one share of Company Common Stock in the Distribution, as determined by the Company.
