Examples of Distribution Record Date in a sentence

Section 3.1 (h)(i) above, the reference to a holder of a Foremost Class A Common Share will mean a person who is a holder of a Foremost Share on the Share Distribution Record Date, subject to the provisions of Article 5 below.
