Distribution Reinvestment Plan definition

Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Company approved by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the REIT described under "Distribution Reinvestment Plan".
Distribution Reinvestment Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 of the Charter.
