Distributor to Dealer Invoice herein shall mean an invoice, xxxx of sale or other evidence, whether in writing or electronically transmitted, of the sale or delivery of Inventory by a Distributor to a Dealer or a Distributor Dealer.

Examples of Distributor to Dealer Invoice in a sentence
