Diversification Election definition

Diversification Election means a Grantee’s election to have a portion of the Grantee’s Account credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units and attributable to any grant of Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units deemed liquidated and credited thereafter under the Income Fund, as provided in Paragraph 8(k).
