Dividend Disbursing Agent definition
Dividend Disbursing Agent shall have the meaning designated in Section 5.2(e) hereof.
Dividend Disbursing Agent means, with respect to the Series A Preferred Shares, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company and its successors or any other dividend disbursing agent appointed by the Trust and, with respect to any other class or series of Preferred Shares, the Person appointed by the Trust as dividend disbursing or paying agent with respect to such class or series.
Dividend Disbursing Agent means Computershare or any bank or trust company appointed to receive dividends on the deposited Preference Shares and disburse the same to the holders of the Receipts, as herein provided.

The provisions of this Section 5.4 as they apply to the Depositary apply to each Depositary’s Agent, Registrar, Transfer Agent, Redemption Agent or Dividend Disbursing Agent as if specifically enumerated herein.
The obligations of the Corporation and the rights of the Depositary, the Depositary’s Agent, Transfer Agent, Registrar, Redemption Agent or Dividend Disbursing Agent set forth in this Section 5.3 shall survive the replacement, removal or resignation of any Depositary, Registrar, Transfer Agent, Depositary’s Agent, Redemption Agent or Dividend Disbursing Agent or termination of this Deposit Agreement.
