Dividend Equivalent Units definition

Dividend Equivalent Units mean additional Restricted Stock Units credited pursuant to Section 3.3.
Dividend Equivalent Units means additional Restricted Units or additional Deferred Vested Units credited to a Participant's Account pursuant to Section 5(f) or Section 7(d)(vi).
