Dividend Reference Date definition

Dividend Reference Date means the 25th day of January, April, July and October of each year commencing April 25, 1994, and continuing through and including January 25, 2014.

Dividend Reference Date means March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning for any Share, on the earliest such date after the initial issuance of such Share.
