Dividends specified in Section 3.1 shall not bepaid but shall be added to (and thereby increase) the Liquidation Value on each Share on each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year (each, a "Dividend Reference Date"), beginning with the first of March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 to initially occur following the date of issuance of such Share.
Each distribution on the PBGC Preferred Stock shall be payable to holders of record as they appear on the records of the Corporation on the record date declared by the Board of Directors, which shall be not fewer than ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days preceding the related Dividend Reference Date.
