Divisional Commissioner definition
Divisional Commissioner means the Commissioner of the Division in which the Corporation is situated and includes any other officer appointed by the Government to perform all or any of the functions of the Divisional Commissioner under this Act;
Divisional Commissioner means an officer appointed by the Government as such possessing the powers of the Collector and the District Magistrate under the relevant laws for the time being in force.
Divisional Commissioner means the Commissioner of the Division concerned;

In lieu of the words "Divisional Commissioner of Chittagong" shall be placed the words "as per election procedure" in the fourth line of section 8.
