Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. The Issuer (failing which, the Guarantor) shall provide to each Agent:
9.9.1 conformed copies of this Agreement, the Deed of Covenant and the Deed of Guarantee;
9.9.2 if the provisions of Condition 6(d) (Redemption and Purchase – Redemption for Taxation Reasons) become relevant in relation to the Securities, the documents contemplated under Condition 6(d) (Redemption and Purchase – Redemption for Taxation Reasons); and
9.9.3 such other documents as may from time to time be required by The Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin to be made available at the Specified Office of the Agent. Each of the Agents shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office, or via electronic means at its discretion, the documents referred to above and, upon reasonable request, will allow copies of such documents to be taken.

(c) such other document as may from time to time be required by the Irish Stock Exchange or the Central Bank to be made available at the Specified Office of the Paying Agent having its Specified Office in London, and the Principal Paying Agent shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office the documents referred to above and all other Transaction Documents and, upon request, will allow copies of such documents to be taken.

Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection or collection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation. Each Paying Agent and the Registrar shall provide by email to a Noteholder copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Notes, following the Noteholder's prior written request and provision of proof of holding and identity (in a form satisfactory to the relevant Paying Agent and Registrar).
