Documents Comprising the Tender. 10.1 The Tender shall comprise the following:
a) Form of Tender prepared in accordance with ITT11;
b) Price Schedules: completed in accordance with ITT 11 and ITT 13;
c) Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, in accordance with ITT 18.1;
d) Alternative Tender: if permissible, in accordance with ITT12;
e) Authorization: written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tender to commit the Tenderer, in accordance with ITT19.3;
f) Qualifications: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 16.2 establishing the Tenderer qualifications to perform the Contract if its Tender is accepted;
g) Tenderer Eligibility: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT16.1 establishing the Tenderer eligibility to tender;
h) Eligibility of Goods and Related Services: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 15, establishing the eligibility of the Goods and Related Services to be supplied by the Tenderer;
i) Conformity: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT15.2 that the Goods and Related Services conform to the tender document; and
j) any other document required in the TDS.
10.2 In addition to the requirements under ITT 10.1, Tenders submitted by a JV shall include a copy of the Joint Venture Agreement entered into by all members. Alternatively, a letter of intent to execute a Joint Venture Agreement in the event of a successful Tender shall be signed by all members and submitted with the Tender, together with a copy of the proposed Agreement.
10.3 The Tenderer shall furnish in the Form of Tender information on commissions gratuities, and fees, if any, paid or to be paid to agents or any other party relating to this Tender.
Documents Comprising the Tender. 2.7.1 The tender prepared by the tenderers shall comprise the following components.
(a) a Tender Form and a Price Schedule completed in accordance with paragraph 2.9, 2.10 and 2.11 below (b) documentary evidence established in accordance with paragraph
Documents Comprising the Tender. 13.1 The Tender submitted by the Tenderer shall comprise the following:
a. Form of Tender prepared in accordance with ITT 14;
b. Price Schedules completed in accordance with ITT 14 and ITT 16;
c. Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration in accordance with ITT 22;
d. Alternative Tender: if permissible, in accordance with ITT 15;
e. Authorization: written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tender to commit the Tenderer, in accordance with ITT 23.3;
Documents Comprising the Tender. 11.1 The Tender shall comprise the following:
(a) Form of Tender prepared in accordance with ITT 12;
(b) Price Schedules: completed in accordance with ITT 12 and ITT 14;
(c) Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, in accordance with ITT 19;
(d) Alternative Tender: if permissible, in accordance with ITT 13;
(e) Authorization: written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tender to commit the Tenderer, in accordance with ITT20.3;
(f) Qualifications: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 17.2 establishing the Tenderer qualifications to perform the Contract if its Tender is accepted;
Documents Comprising the Tender. The Tender prepared and submitted by the Tenderers shall include but not be limited to all the following components: -
a) Declaration Form, Tender Form and a Price Schedule completed in compliance with paragraphs 3.2, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12.
b) Documentary evidence established in accordance with paragraph 3.13 that the Tenderer is eligible to tender and is qualified to perform the contract if its tender is accepted.
c) Documentary evidence established in accordance with paragraph 3.14 that the services and/ or goods and any ancillary thereto to be provided by the Tenderer conform to the tender documents, and,
d) Tender Security furnished in accordance with paragraph 3.17
e) A detailed list of previous customers as prescribed for similar services and/ or goods on tender and their contact addresses shall be submitted with the Tender for the purpose of reference, or for evaluation where the Details of Service so dictate.
f) And all other documents indicated in Section II (Tender Submission Checklist)

a) Form of Tender prepared in accordance with ITT 14;
b) Schedules: priced Activity Schedule completed in accordance with ITT 14 and ITT 16;
c) Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration in accordance with ITT 21.1;
d) Alternative Tender: if permissible in accordance with ITT 15;
e) Authorization: written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tender to commit the Tenderer, in accordance with ITT 22.3;
f) Qualifications: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 19 establishing the Tenderer's qualifications to perform the Contract if its Tender is accepted;
g) Xxxxxxxx's Eligibility: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 19 establishing the Tenderer's eligibility to Tender;
h) Conformity: documentary evidence in accordance with ITT 18, that the Services conform to the tendering document; and
i) Any other document required in the TDS.
13.2. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize pages of all tender documents submitted.

Documents Comprising the Tender. 1. The tender submitted by the Tenderer shall comprise the following: duly filled-in Form of Tender and Appendix to Tender, Tender Security and, as the case may be, a Parent Company Guarantee (refer to Sub-Clause 12.10 hereof) and detailed and priced Bills of Quantities, preliminary design of the main components of the Works, alternative offers where invited, and any information or other materials required to be completed and submitted by Tenderers in accordance with these Instructions to Tenderers. The documents listed shall be filled in without exception, subject to extensions thereof in the same format and to the provisions of Sub-Clause 16.2 regarding the alternative forms of tender security.

Documents Comprising the Tender. 10.1 The tender submitted by the tenderer shall comprise the following: - Priced Letter of Xxxxxx; signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the Tenderer together with any offered discount (Volume 1); - Written Power of Attorney of signatory of the tender; - Tender Security; - Tender Conditions and Procedures, and Conditions of (Volume 1); - Specifications (Volume 1); - Priced Bills of Quantities (Volume 1); - Breakdown of Bill of Quantities Unit Rates and Prices (Refer to Sub-clause 14.1 of the Conditions of Contract); - Information on eligibility and qualifications of the Tenderer including proposed tender resource and materials schedules, proposed manufacturers, tender program and method statement, proposals for subcontracting, proposed Quality Assurance program; - Addenda issued during the tender period, and - Forms of other and prohibited payments and Abidance with conflict of interest And any other information required to be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers and the Specifications. The information and documents required under Sub-clause 5.1 of these Instructions to Tenderers "Qualification of Tenderers" shall serve as evidence of the tenderer's capability to carry out the Works. Unless specifically listed in the Letter of Acceptance, or in the Contract Agreement, the information and documents required under Sub-clause 5.1 of these Instructions to Tenderers, shall not be considered part of the Contract Documents. However, the tenderer will remain responsible for the validity, authenticity, and correctness of the information provided.
10.2 The submitted documents shall be filled in and completed without exception.
