• The Company has four royalty and/or stream interests that it considers to be commercially material to the Company, being the royalties and/or streams interests in respect of the Greenstone, Kiaka, Rosh Pinah and Santa ▇▇▇▇ properties, each as described in the Prospectus, including all Documents Incorporated by Reference therein (the "Material Royalties"), and, except as disclosed in the Prospectus.

Documents Incorporated by Reference. The Company shall supply the Agents with an adequate supply of all documents incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
