Documents Incorporated by Reference definition

Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required by NI 44-101 to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all interim and annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, business acquisition reports, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports) or other documents filed by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are or are required to be incorporated by reference into the Canadian Prospectus or the U.S. Prospectus, as applicable;
Documents Incorporated by Reference. The Company shall supply the Agents with an adequate supply of all documents incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
