Each payment of a Pro-Rata Borrowing shall be applied ratably between the Dollar Loans and Multicurrency Loans included in such Pro-Rata Borrowing.

More Definitions of Dollar Loans

Dollar Loans means, with respect to a Lender, such Lender’s Loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i).

Dollar Loans means Loans made in Dollars by all of the Banks at the same time pursuant to Section 2.01, which may be either a Base Rate Loan or a Euro-Dollar Loan.

Dollar Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

Dollar Loans means, at any time, each of the Loans made in, or then denominated in, Dollars.
