Domestic Borrower definition

Domestic Borrower means any Borrower organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state of the United States of America.
Domestic Borrower means, collectively, the Company and each Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic Borrower has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.

  • Pursuant to that certain Third Amended and Restated Guaranty (Domestic Borrower Obligations), dated May 17, 2012 (as the same has been amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Domestic Guaranty”), all of the Debtors other than Corinthian (collectively, the “Guarantors”), guaranteed Corinthian’s obligations under the Credit Agreement.

  • Within the foregoing limits, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, a Domestic Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.04, prepay under Section 2.05, and reborrow under this Section 2.04.


More Definitions of Domestic Borrower

Domestic Borrower means the Company and each Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
Domestic Borrower means each Borrower which is a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.
Domestic Borrower means, with respect to each Tranche, a Borrower under such Tranche that is not a Foreign Borrower under such Tranche.
Domestic Borrower means any Borrower incorporated or formed in any State of the United States of America or any political subdivision of any such State.
Domestic Borrower means the Company, Polaris Sales, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and each other Subsidiary of the Company incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia that is approved as a Domestic Borrower by the Required Lenders, and any such Domestic Borrower’s respective successors and assigns.
Domestic Borrower means the Company and each other Borrowing Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction located in the United States of America.
