Domestic Borrower definition

Domestic Borrower means the Company and each Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic Borrower means any Borrower organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state of the United States of America.
Domestic Borrower has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.

  • Within the foregoing limits, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, a Domestic Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.04, prepay under Section 2.05, and reborrow under this Section 2.04.

  • Each Domestic Borrower further waives any requirement that the Administrative Agent or the Lenders seek performance by the other Domestic Borrowers or any other Person, of any Obligation under this Agreement, the Loan Documents or any Collateral for the Domestic Borrowers’ joint and several liability as a condition precedent to making a demand on, or bringing any action or obtaining and/or enforcing a judgment against, any Domestic Borrower.


More Definitions of Domestic Borrower

Domestic Borrower means, with respect to each Tranche, a Borrower under such Tranche that is not a Foreign Borrower under such Tranche.
Domestic Borrower means each Borrower which is a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.
Domestic Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

Domestic Borrower means the Company and each other Borrowing Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction located in the United States of America.
