Domestic Pledge Agreement definition

Domestic Pledge Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Pledge Agreement dated as of the Closing Date given by AWI and certain of its Domestic Subsidiaries, as pledgors, to the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations.

Domestic Pledge Agreement means a Pledge Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, among GrafTech, Finance, each other Domestic Subsidiary owning Capital Stock or Indebtedness (except as otherwise provided in the definition of Collateral and Guarantee Requirement) of GrafTech, Finance, Luxembourg Parent, any other Subsidiary or any other person, each other Foreign Subsidiary that is not a CFC that shall have become a party thereto in order to satisfy the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement, and the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
