Dormant Account definition

Dormant Account means the Customer’s trading account in which there have been no trades for a period of more than 60 Calendar days.

Dormant Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

Dormant Account an account, with credit balance, is considered to be dormant if during 6-months period no transactions have been carried out in relation to the account by or on the instructions of the holder of the account.

• The Company strives to ensure and keep correspondence with each respective Client and will inform the Client by email that their account is treated as Dormant Account and fee is charged to maintain the account.

• For re-activation of Dormant Accounts, the Client must contact the Company regarding his/her wish to reactivate the Dormant Account.

• Client accounts that have not executed any trade for a period of two fiscal years will be considered as Dormant Account.

• The scope of the Participant's agency under this agreement relates to Transferred Dormant Account Balances and the relationship and dealings, pursuant to this agreement, with Dormant Account Holders, or other third parties, in relation to, or in connection with, a Transferred Dormant Account Balance.

• In accordance with clause 2.1, it is acknowledged by both the Participant and the Reclaim Fund that, save as otherwise expressly stated in this agreement, the management and/or administration of the relationship with Dormant Account Holders will be the sole responsibility of the Participant and will not transfer from the Participant to the Reclaim Fund (including in relation to the handling of Complaints against the Reclaim Fund).

More Definitions of Dormant Account

Dormant Account means a paid fantasy sports game participant account that has had no game participant activity for a period of three (3) years.

Dormant Account means an Account that has shown no lending activity, has a zero outstanding balance due or no payments activity for at least 24 months.
