Examples of Downgrade Drawing in a sentence

• The applicable Liquidity Provider may also arrange for a Replacement Liquidity Provider to issue and deliver a Replacement Liquidity Facility at any time after such Downgrade Drawing so long as such Downgrade Drawing has not been reimbursed in full to such Liquidity Provider.
