Draw Date definition

Draw Date means, with respect to any Insured Distribution Date, the third Business Day immediately preceding such Insured Distribution Date.

Draw Date means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the second Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

Examples of Draw Date in a sentence

• On or before each Draw Date, the Trust Collateral Agent shall remit to the Collection Account any amounts delivered to the Trust Collateral Agent by the Collateral Agent.

• If the Note Policy Claim Amount for such Insured Distribution Date is greater than zero, the Trust Collateral Agent shall furnish to the Insurer no later than 12:00 noon Eastern time on the related Draw Date a completed Notice of Claim (as defined in (b) below) in the amount of the Note Policy Claim Amount.

• Interest shall accrue each day on any LIBOR Rate Loan, from and including the Draw Date to, but not including, the date such LIBOR Rate Loan is paid in full (or converts to a Base Rate Loan), at the LIBOR Rate in effect for that day.

Draw Date means, in relation to each Loan, the date that such Loan is made or deemed to be made to Borrower pursuant to this Note.
