Draw Schedule definition

Draw Schedule means the anticipated schedule for disbursement set forth in Exhibit D to this Agreement, as Exhibit D may be amended and supplemented from time to time hereafter.

Draw Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit E to be used as a basis for payment of the Fixed Fees component of payments to Private Entity, setting forth the anticipated completion date of the various components of the Project and the value assigned to those different components.

Draw Schedule means the draw schedule for the Project attached hereto as Exhibit F, showing the funding sources for the Project and the projected draw schedule for each funding source for the Project, as such draw schedule may hereafter be amended with the prior written consent of Lender.

Examples of Draw Schedule in a sentence

• In accordance with Section 3.A. of the HPA, the undersigned Eligible Entity hereby requests that The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNYM”), on behalf of Treasury, disburse the amounts set forth on the attached Capital Draw Schedule as a Capital Draw against the Purchase Price as described in the HPA to Eligible Entity on [insert date] (the “Funding Date”).

More Definitions of Draw Schedule

Draw Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit D to be used as a basis for payment of the Fixed Fees component of payments to Contractor, setting forth the anticipated completion date of the various components of the Project and the value assigned to those different components.

Draw Schedule means the schedule of draws included in the Approved Development Budget and attached hereto as Exhibit E-1 that projects the relative amounts to be drawn on the various components of the Approved Financing during construction and stabilization of the Project and the timing and sequencing of same.

Draw Schedule shall have the meaning attributed thereto in Section 4.2A.

Draw Schedule means the progress payment disbursements for the acquisition, construction and equipping of the Project as described in Article {^} VIII {^} of the Development Agreement.

Draw Schedule means the schedule of draws on the Hotel Capital Expenditure Reserve Account as described on Schedule 3 attached hereto and made a part hereof (as the same may be modified from time to time with the consent of Lender).

Draw Schedule has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.1(r).
