Drawing Price definition

Drawing Price means, in respect of Drafts drawn by the Canadian Borrower to be purchased by one or more Lenders on any Drawing Date, the amount by which (i) the result (rounded to the nearest whole cent, with one-half of one cent being rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate Face Amount of the Drafts by the sum of one plus the product of (x) the Reference Discount Rate multiplied by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days, inclusive of the first day and exclusive of the last day, in the term to maturity of the Drafts and the denominator of which is 365; exceeds (ii) the applicable aggregate Drawing Fee.
Drawing Price means, in respect of Bankers’ Acceptances or Drafts to be purchased by one or more Lenders on any Drawing Date, the difference between:
Drawing Price means, in respect of each Bankers’ Acceptance and BA Equivalent Note, the result obtained by multiplying (a) the Face Amount of such Bankers’ Acceptance or BA Equivalent Note by (b) the amount (rounded up or down to the fifth decimal place with .000005 being rounded up) determined by dividing one by the sum of one plus the product of (x) the Reference Discount Rate, and (y) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days to maturity of such Bankers’ Acceptances or BA Equivalent Note, inclusive of the first day and exclusive of the last day of such term, and the denominator of which is 365.

Examples of Drawing Price in a sentence

  • Each Drawing shall consist of the creation and purchase of Bankers’ Acceptances, or the purchase of BA Equivalent Notes, on the same day, in each case for the Drawing Price, by the Multicurrency Revolving Lenders in accordance with Section 2.05(c) and their respective Multicurrency Revolving Commitment Percentages.

  • In each case, upon receipt of the Drawing Price, the Administrative Agent shall make funds available to the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.2(b)(iv) of this Agreement.

  • In each case, upon receipt by the Agent of funds from the applicable Lenders on account of the Drawing Price and upon fulfilment of the applicable conditions set forth in ARTICLE 7, the Agent shall make such funds available to the Canadian Borrower in accordance with ARTICLE 2.

  • In each case, upon receipt of the Drawing Price and upon fulfilment of the applicable conditions set forth in Section 7, the Administrative Agent shall make funds available to the Borrower by depositing the same, in immediately available funds, in an account specified by the Borrower or, if no such account is specified, in an account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Office.

  • In each case, upon receipt by the Administrative Agent of funds from the Revolving Credit Lenders on account of the Drawing Price and upon fulfillment of the applicable conditions set forth in Article IV, the Administrative Agent shall make such funds available to the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.02.

Drawing Price means, in respect of Drafts drawn by the Borrower to be purchased by one or more Revolving Lenders on any Drawing Date, the amount by which (a) the result (rounded to the nearest whole cent, with one-half of one cent being rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate face amount of the Bankers’ Acceptance or Drafts by the sum of one plus the product of (i) the BA Discount Rate multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days, inclusive of the first day and exclusive of the last day, in the term to maturity of the Bankers’ Acceptance or Drafts and the denominator of which is three hundred sixty five exceeds (b) the applicable aggregate Drawing Fee.
