  • On or before the date that is no later than three months prior to the first Calendar Year after the Drilling Carry Termination Date, Atlas shall prepare and submit to Reliance a Development Plan setting forth the Development Operations to be carried out during the following two Calendar Years and the respective Annual Work Plan and Budgets for such Calendar Years.
