Drilling Carry Termination Date means the earlier to occur of:

Examples of Drilling Carry Termination Date in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Drilling Carry Termination Date or the last paragraph of such definition, in no event shall the Drilling Carry Termination Date extend beyond the date that is seven and one-half years from the Effective Date.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, if upon the occurrence of the Drilling Carry Termination Date, the amount of the Drilling Carry Obligation paid by (or, if funded pursuant to the Letter of Credit or the Reliance Guarantee, on behalf of) Reliance for any reason is less than the Drilling Carry Cap, the Drilling Carry Obligation shall terminate and Reliance shall have no further obligation with respect thereto.

Related to Drilling Carry Termination Date

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, (b) the date the Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.8, and (c) the date of the termination of the Commitments pursuant to Article VIII.

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).
