DRS Advice definition

DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Company RSU Holder or Company DSU Holder who receives Company Shares pursuant to Section 3.1(3) or Section 3.1(5) in exchange for their Company RSUs or Company DSUs, as applicable, shall not be required to deliver to the Depositary a Letter of Transmittal, share certificate of DRS Advice with respect to such Company Shares in order to receive the Per Share Consideration that they are entitled to receive pursuant to Section 3.1(6) in exchange for such Company Shares.
