DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System Advice;
DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

A Global Debenture may be transferred, and a beneficial interest in a Global Debenture may be exchanged for a Definitive Debenture or DRS Advice, in each case, only pursuant to Section 3.2(b); provided, however, that a beneficial interest in a Global Debenture may be transferred and exchanged as provided in Section 3.6(b).

DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System (DRS) advice.
