DRS Advice definition

DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

Examples of DRS Advice in a sentence

  • In the case of Uncertificated Warrants, the Warrants purchased pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall be reflected accordingly on the register of Warrants and in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Depository under the book entry registration system or, with respect to Uncertificated Warrants represented by a DRS Advice, reflected on the register of Warrants and in accordance with the procedures of the Warrant Agent for its DRS.

  • Upon compliance with such requirements, the Warrant Agent shall issue to the transferee a Warrant Certificate or DRS Advice, as applicable.

  • A certificate or DRS Advice will not be issued for a fraction of a Common Share.

  • Warrants issued in uncertificated form may be evidenced by a DRS Advice.

  • Whole Common Shares held in a Participant’s account by the Agent will be voted in the same manner as Common Shares held by a Shareholder in certificate form or pursuant to a DRS Advice, either by proxy or by the Participant in person.

DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice evidencing ownership of securities in the Subscription Receipt Agent's or any of its affiliates' book-based registration system;
