Drug Free Workplace Policy. The contractor and all subcontractors for this project must be enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Drug- Free Workplace Program or in a similar program approved by the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and in good standing with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Contractors that are not previously enrolled in a drug free workplace program must enroll is such a program within 10 days of the bid opening. The requirements stated hereby shall be included in all project sub-contactors.
