Drug Free Workplace Policy. The Vendor acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on District premises. Any violation of this prohibition by the Vendor, its employees, agents or assigns shall be deemed a material breach of contract.

Drug Free Workplace Policy. Any such Drug Free Workplace policy affecting bargaining unit RNs must be ratified by members of WSNA prior to implementation.
Drug Free Workplace Policy. The contractor and all subcontractors for this project must be enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Drug- Free Workplace Program or in a similar program approved by the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and in good standing with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Contractors that are not previously enrolled in a drug free workplace program must enroll is such a program within 10 days of the bid opening.
