Drug Products means an Ampoule filled with a Tobramycin Solution, sold with an Adapter, for use in conjunction with an Inhaler or Inhaler Product.

Drug Products means finished pharmaceutical preparations for human use in all dosage forms containing the Drug Substance as a sole active ingredient or containing one or more other therapeutically active ingredients in addition to the Drug Substance.

Drug Products means the drug products produced by the Manufacturer that are the subject of this PLA, and are described as follows: <INSERT>

Drug Products means any Mucinex(R), Mucinex(R) D, Mucinex(R) DM products, AlleRx(R) products, Aquatab(R) products and any and all other prescription or over-the-counter pharmaceutical or health-related products for which Adams has, as of the date hereof, the right to market or sell; provid▇▇, ▇owever, that "Drug Products" shall exclude any and all liquid products for which, as of the Effective Date, Adams has the right to market or sell.

Drug Products is amended to mean a finished dosage form that is prepared from Bulk Drug Substance covered by Vertex CF Technology and is ready for administration to the ultimate consumer as a pharmaceutical.

Drug Products means compositions of matter which are ligands, modulators or inhibitors of Gene Product(s) such as small molecules, antibodies, agonists, and/or antagonists for use in the prevention or treatment of any disease, state or condition in humans; provided, however, that Drug Product(s) shall not include Antisense Product(s).

Drug Products means any and all formulations of insulins, formulated for use with the Device and for the treatment of diabetes (collectively referred to herein as the “Formulations”), together with any labeling or packaging for the Formulations (collectively referred to herein as the “Packaging”). For clarity, Drug Product(s) do not include the Device.

Drug Products means the drug products produced by the Manufacturer that are the subject of this Product Listing Agreement, as further described in Schedule A;
