DT Midstream Business means the midstream pipeline, gathering and storage businesses and other operations of the DT Midstream Group, including as described in the Information Statement.

  • If the DTE Energy Business did not provide such Services (or substantially similar services) to the DT Midstream Business immediately prior to the Distribution Date, then the Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services in a competent and professional manner generally consistent with industry standards.

  • Alarm business means the business by any individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity of selling, leasing, maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving or installing any alarm system or causing to be sold, leased, maintained, serviced, repaired, altered, replaced, moved or installed any alarm system in or on any building, structure or facility.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • Parent Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • food business operator means the natural or legal persons responsible for ensuring that the requirements of food law are met within the food business under their control;

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.

  • Micro Business means a company which either:

  • Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.

  • Midstream Assets means (i) assets used primarily for gathering, transmission, storage, processing or treatment of natural gas, natural gas liquids or other hydrocarbons or carbon dioxide and (ii) equity interests of any Person that has no substantial assets other than assets referred to in clause (i).

  • Transferred Business has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Separation Agreement.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub.   • Excluded Businesses has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.

  • Excluded Business means a Business excluded from application for an Inter- Community Business Licence and includes those Businesses referred to in Schedule A attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw.

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.

  • the two businesses means the FNZ business and the GBST business;

  • Retained Businesses means all businesses, operations and activities directly or indirectly conducted or formerly conducted by the Seller Group other than the Business (including all businesses, operations and activities related to any dealerships sold or disposed of prior to the date hereof).

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.
