Due Delivery Date definition

Due Delivery Date means the due date of delivery of the Item to the place of delivery as specified in the Order.

Due Delivery Date means the date specified by the Council when the Goods are to be delivered or the Services completed. This is the date set out in the Contract Documentation and or the Order. If no date is specified the Delivery Date is a date a reasonable period after the date of the Contract.

Due Delivery Date means the date the Goods and/or Services are due to Buyer, as specified in the Order.

• The Supplier must give the Buyer confirmation of the anticipated Due Delivery Date for each piece of Equipment within five (5) Working Days of receipt of the Equipment Order.

• If the Buyer with the agreement of the Seller postpones the Due Delivery Date, the Seller may by written notice to the Buyer treat the risk in the Licensed Program as having been passed to the Buyer on the Due Delivery Date and may store the Licensed Program at the Buyers expense.
