Due Delivery Date definition

Due Delivery Date means the due date of delivery of the Item to the place of delivery as specified in the Order.
Due Delivery Date means the date specified by the Council when the Goods are to be delivered or the Services completed. This is the date set out in the Contract Documentation and or the Order. If no date is specified the Delivery Date is a date a reasonable period after the date of the Contract.
Due Delivery Date means the date the Goods and/or Services are due to Buyer, as specified in the Order.

  • The Supplier must give the Buyer confirmation of the anticipated Due Delivery Date for each piece of Equipment within five (5) Working Days of receipt of the Equipment Order.
