Due Diligence Review definition

Due Diligence Review means the performance by Buyer of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 44 hereof with respect to any or all of the Loans or Seller or related parties, as desired by Buyer from time to time.
Due Diligence Review shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.5.
Due Diligence Review means the performance by the Lender of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 11.15 hereof with respect to any or all of the Mortgage Loans, as desired by the Lender from time to time.

More Definitions of Due Diligence Review

Due Diligence Review means the performance by the Administrative Agent of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 10.27 with respect to any or all of the Collateral, as desired by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
