When an employee goes off from work ill, or on compensation, or a grievance is invoked on his discharge, the Company shall continue to pay both his Welfare Fees and Union Dues so that the employee shall be protected to the utmost, provided: The employee reimburses the Company for such contributions normally paid by said employee and is at no time more than five (5) months in arrears, and The period of such coverage shall exceed twelve (12) months only by mutual agreement of the two parties.
