Dutch Guarantors definition

Dutch Guarantors means (a) each Dutch Borrower in its capacity as a guarantor under the Dutch Guarantee, (b) Silgan Partnership C.V., (c) Silgan Europe Holdings B.V. and (d) each other Foreign Subsidiary organized under the laws of The Netherlands that is a Material Subsidiary of a Dutch Borrower.
Dutch Guarantors means OI Canada Holdings B.V. and each other Dutch Subsidiary that becomes an Offshore Guarantor under Section 7.9(b).
Dutch Guarantors means and include each Dutch Borrower (in its capacity as a guarantor under the Dutch Guaranty) and each Dutch Subsidiary Guarantor.
