Examples of Early Access Period in a sentence
Tenant shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease during the Early Access Period except that no Base Monthly Rent or other expenses shall be due or payable.
All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises during the Early Access Period, except for the obligation to pay Fixed Rent and Additional Rent in respect of the Additional Premises.
Tenant’s access to the Premises during the Early Access Period shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Lease, except that Tenant shall not be obligated to pay Rent during the Early Access Period until the Commencement Date.
The provisions of Sections 8(a) and 11 of this Lease shall apply in full during the Early Access Period, and Tenant shall (x) provide certificates of insurance evidencing the existence and amounts of liability insurance carried by Tenant and its agents and contractors, reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, prior to and as a condition to such early access, and (y) comply with all Laws applicable to such early access work in the Premises.
Tenant shall be allowed early access and occupancy of the Premises from September 1, 2000 until the Commencement Date ("Early Access Period") for the purpose of constructing Tenant Improvements and otherwise preparing for its occupancy.
