Examples of Early Settlement Date in a sentence
At the end of the Deferral Period and the payment of all Deferred Contract Adjustment Payments and all accrued and unpaid Contract Adjustment Payments then due, the Company may commence a new Deferral Period, provided, that such Deferral Period, together with all extensions thereof, may not extend beyond the Purchase Contract Settlement Date (or any applicable Early Settlement Date or Fundamental Change Early Settlement Date).
In the event of an Early Settlement, the Company shall pay all Deferred Contract Adjustment Payments due on the Purchase Contracts being settled early through the Payment Date immediately preceding the applicable Early Settlement Date, to the extent such amounts are not deducted as described above.
