Early Termination Fees definition

Early Termination Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Early Termination Fees in a sentence

  • Rescission requests received after three (3) federal business days are not guaranteed rescissions; however Customer has the right to select another REP and Customer may do so by contacting that REP, but Customer remains responsible for any Early Termination Fees.

More Definitions of Early Termination Fees

Early Termination Fees means the fees payable to Distributor due to an early termination of a Cloud Order as detailed in Section 14.3.
