EARLY TERMINATIONS. The Student may be released from this agreement for:
A. Graduation. Graduation is defined as the Student being awarded a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree. The Student must provide an expected graduation date and documentation of degree awarded or to be awarded to UCF DHRL, including proof of timely filing and acceptance of the Intent to Graduate Notice required by the Departments of Undergraduate Studies and Graduate Studies, and must actually graduate on the date shown in the Intent to Graduate Notice. Written or electronically reproducible notice of cancellation under this paragraph must be received by UCF DHRL on or before the last day of the graduation application period for the semester the Student anticipates graduating. Graduation terminates this agreement for any semesters commencing after the anticipated graduation date. The Student remains responsible for housing rents and assessments for any semesters prior to or including graduation date. Students who are allowed to stay past scheduled move out dates in order to attend or participate in graduation must vacate the residence no later than the day after graduation.
B. Academic Disqualification. The Student must provide documentation that the Student’s standing is disqualified as determined by the UCF Registrar’s Office. Academic disqualification terminates this agreement for any semesters commencing after the date of disqualification. The Student remains responsible for housing rents and assessments for the entire semester the disqualification occurs. If the Student becomes academically disqualified, the Student must remove all personal belongings from the assigned room and turn in keys/keycards/mail keys on or before the move out date for the semester the student becomes academically disqualified.
C. Military Deployment. Deployment or other required relocation as an active member of the U.S. Armed Services to a location not within the geographic limits of Orange County, Florida and/or any county adjacent to Orange County, Florida. Enlistment or enrollment in a branch of the U.S. Armed Services is not a sufficient basis for waiver of cancellation fees based upon military deployment. The Student must provide activation, deployment, travel, or assignment orders to UCF DHRL. Academic disqualification terminates this Agreement for any semesters commencing after the date of disqualification. Student must remove all personal belongings from the assigned room and turn in keys/keycards/mail keys on or before the move‐out date communicated to academically disqualified students by UCF DHRL once UCF DHRL is notified of their status by the Registrar’s Office. If the student fails to move out by the communicated deadline, additional nightly rental amount will be applied.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. Early terminations during the first year of service are subject to a $400.00 cancellation fee. Unless cancelled, service will renew for successive one (1) year service periods at the same terms and conditions contained herein. Notice of termination must be made in writing to GLOBAFONE Client Services, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xx Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, XXX no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any term of this Agreement. This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of GLOBAFONE. GLOBAFONE reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period for any reason.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. Early terminations of yearly service are subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee per terminal. Customer may renew for successive one (1) year service periods at the same terms and conditions contained herein. Notice of termination should be in writing to: GLOBALCOM Customer Service Department, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xx., Xxxxxx, XX XXX no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any term of this Agreement. This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of GLOBALCOM. GLOBALCOM reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. (a) If a Party is in Default, the non-defaulting Party may, in addition and without prejudice to any other remedies such non-defaulting Party may have under this Agreement or at law or in equity, suspend all performance under this Agreement or terminate this Agreement, in each case upon ten (10) Days’ prior written notice.
(b) The following shall constitute events of “Default” under this Agreement:
(i) if a Party fails to pay any amount due to the other Party when the same is due, and such Party’s account remains delinquent beyond a twenty (20) Day period after written notice of failure to pay has been delivered to such Party, exclusive of any amounts subject to a good faith dispute pursuant to Section 5.3 of Exhibit A;
(ii) if a Party experiences an Insolvency Event; or
(iii) if such Party is in material breach of this Agreement (other than for failure to pay amounts due, which is addressed in clause (i) above), and that breach is not cured within forty-five (45) Days after receipt by such Party of written notice from the other Party asserting such breach.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. If at any time Resident desires to terminate this Lease prior to the lease end date of the current term, Resident may do so upon not less than 60 days prior written notice to Owner (which notice shall state Resident’s date of vacating the Apartment). For such privilege, Resident shall pay to Owner (in addition to rent and other sums due Owner hereunder to the date of termination) a termination fee, accompanying Resident’s notice of termination and in an amount equal to twice the monthly rental. If Resident fails to vacate the Apartment on or before the date of vacating specified in Resident’s notice, or in the event Resident fails to strictly adhere to the provisions hereof, Owner may retain any termination fee paid as liquidated damages for Owner’s additional trouble and administrative expenses and, in addition to such other damages as Owner may be able to recover from Resident, Owner may elect not to accept termination of this Lease.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. In the event that SUMMER, or its activities hereunder, becomes subject to regulations of any kind whatsoever under any law, government body action or ERCOT action that has the effect of materially changing the circumstances from those that exist on the effective date of this Agreement then SUMMER may pass through the economic effects to Customer of such change or SUMMER may unilaterally terminate this Agreement without Customer’s consent upon at least thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Customer without any obligation, payment or otherwise, to Customer or an Early Termination Fee.
EARLY TERMINATIONS. Early terminations during the first year of service are subject to a $350.00 per line cancellation fee. Cus- tomer may renew for successive one (1) year service periods at the same terms and conditions contained herein. Notice of termi- nation should be made in writing to the ATLANTIC RADIOTELEPHONE Customer Service Department no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the terms of this Agreement. This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of ATLANTIC RADIOTELEPHONE. ATLANTIC RADIOTELEPHONE reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period.

Customer may renew for successive one (1) year service periods at the same terms and conditions contained herein. Notice of termination should be in writing to: GMPCS Customer Service Department, at 0000 Xxxxx Xx. Suite A-B, Pompano Beach, FL. 33064 USA no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any term of this Agreement. This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of GMPCS. GMPCS reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period.

Customer may renew for successive one (1) year service periods at the same terms and conditions contained herein. Notice of termination should be made in writing to the “Geoborders Customer Care Department at: Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, 2 – 16129 Genova - ITALY” no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any term of this Agreement. This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of Geoborders. Geoborders reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period.
