Early Trading Charge definition

Early Trading Charge means the early trading charge per Deposit Note, if any, described under “Secondary Market”;

More Definitions of Early Trading Charge

Early Trading Charge means the amount that will be deducted from a Holder's sale proceeds for sales effected through FundSERV on or prior to February 29, 2008, as more fully set forth under “Plan of Distribution Secondary - Market for the Notes.
Early Trading Charge means, in respect of Series 20A Notes, for a Business Day (i) within one year of the Issue Date, 2.00% of the Subscription Price, (ii) during the second year from the Issue Date, 1.00% of the Subscription Price and(iii) after two years from the Issue Date, nil.
Early Trading Charge means the amount that will be deducted from a Holder's sale proceeds for sales effected through a dealer on FundSERV on or prior to December 12, 2009. The Early Trading Charge will be equal to a percentage of the Principal Amount and will be determined as follows:

  • operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • parking charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;

For the avoidance of doubt, any further increase in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt above BBB- in the case of S&P and, if applicable, at least Baa3 in the case of Moody's and at least BBB- in the case of Fitch and in respect of any other Substitute Rating Agency, an equivalent rating or above shall not constitute a further Step Down Rating Change;

  • Tube rating chart means the set of curves which specify the rated limits of operation of the tube in terms of the technique factors.

  • Trigger means the act of a train arriving at, passing or departing from a Recording Point;

  • Step Up Rating Change means the first public announcement by S&P or, if applicable, any other Rating Agency appointed by or with the consent of Heimstaden Bostad, of a decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt to below BBB- (in the case of S&P) or below Baa3 (in the case of Moody's) or below BBB- (in the case of Fitch). For the avoidance of doubt, any further decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt below BBB- in the case of S&P or, if applicable, below Baa3 in the case of Moody's or below BBB- in the case of Fitch and in respect of any other Substitute Rating Agency, an equivalent rating or below shall not constitute a further Step Up Rating Change.

  • Non-Recurring Charges means any charges imposed by the TDSP or other third parties on a non-recurring basis for services, repairs or additional equipment needed for Customer’s electric service.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Trigger Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Change of Control Put Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.1.

  • VWAP Price means, on any Exchange Business Day, the per Share volume-weighted average price as displayed under the heading “Bloomberg VWAP” on Bloomberg page “ECPG <equity> AQR” (or any successor thereto) in respect of the period from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such Exchange Business Day (or if such volume-weighted average price is unavailable, the market value of one Share on such Exchange Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent using a volume-weighted method).

  • Preceding Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be brought forward to the first preceding day that is a Business Day;

  • VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.
