ECT Trust Indenture definition

ECT Trust Indenture means the trust indenture of ECT made as of December 20, 2002, among J. Xxxxxxx Xxxx, as initial trustee, 201202 Income Fund, as settlor and initial unitholder, and the Administrator, as manager of ECT, as amended and restated as of June 30, 2003 and August 18, 2003, as amended as of May 3, 2004 and July 1, 2005, as amended and restated as of May 1, 2006, as amended as of November 5, 2007 and as amended and restated as of December 17, 2010, October 21, 2011, May 7, 2012, May 6, 2013, November 13, 2014 and September 1, 2015, as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time.
ECT Trust Indenture means the trust indenture pursuant entered into as of December 20, 2002 pursuant to which ECT was established, as amended and supplemented from time to time and which was last amended and restated on September 1, 2015;
ECT Trust Indenture means the trust indenture dated December 20, 2002 pursuant to which ECT was established, as amended and supplemented from time to time and which was last amended and restated on October 21, 2011;
