Educational License definition

Educational License means a License that has been purchased on the discounted terms of and is subject to Foundry’s educational policy as detailed at https://www.foundry.com/industries/education and as further described in the End User Licence Agreement;

More Definitions of Educational License

Educational License means a license to use the Software for academic and educational programs by active students or educators. This license type must not be used for personal/self -learning, trial, or commercial purposes, including use at home or other locations to perform commercially related work.
Educational License in this policy, means a type of license that authorizes the reproduction and use of online courseware by the University in offering courses to its students or by the author(s) when teaching beyond the scope of their work with the University.
Educational License is a license to use the Software that is granted under this Agreement to a Licensee that is a degree- or certificate-granting educational institution (“Educational Institution”).
