Educational Licenses definition

Educational Licenses means all federal, state, and Accreditor licenses, permits, authorizations, certifications, agreements, or similar approvals necessary under applicable law and accreditation standards and procedures for any of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to operate as a post-secondary educational institution as it currently operates or may operate from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
