Educational Service Provider Policies definition

Educational Service Provider Policies or “ESP Policies” means those policies adopted by the Charter Schools Office that apply to a Management Agreement. The Charter Schools Office Director may, at any time and at his or her sole discretion, amend the ESP Policies. The ESP Policies in effect as of this date are incorporated into and part of this Contract. Upon amendment, changes to the ESP Policies shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.
