The Issuer undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to cause the Bonds to be admitted to trading on an EEA Regulated Market (the “Admission”) no later than 25 July 2019 and use its reasonable endeavours to maintain such Admission for so long as any of the Bonds remain outstanding.
Unless you notify us to the contrary, we shall not immediately make public any Limit Order in respect of shares admitted to trading on an EEA Regulated Market which is not immediately executed under prevailing market conditions.
